Personal training
60 MINA one-to-one session built around you, to reach your goal faster. You pick the time and the goal. Also in pairs and small groups (4 to 10 people).
See how it works →Come and be part of our gym, where a good atmosphere and looking out for each other are what make you progress, whatever your level.
This is your first class.
Sports kit and the will to train. Your coach explains the rest on day one.
I want my place →Taking the first step is usually the hard part, but the moment you walk through the door you will feel at home. You need no fitness base and no experience; you come here to build exactly that, at your own pace.
For your first session all you need to bring is comfortable sports kit and, above all, an open mind and the will to learn.
On day one there is no physical contact. You start by learning the basic strikes with your coach, working straight on the bag or with a partner. It is a class designed so you enjoy it, shake off the nerves and find out what you are capable of, with no pressure at all. See you there!

About us

Eduard del Prado
Professional K1 competitor and amateur boxer. He came into the sport at 13 and has been competing for 15 years. Beyond technique, what he passes on is what living off this demands — discipline, respect, responsibility and sacrifice, on the mat and off it.

Gabriel López Villamarín
Amateur and professional fighter, and the academic half of the house: sports science and a master's in nutrition and performance. He works both sides of this, health and competition, with the same standards.
The fight you’ll never see in the ring
Our two coaches, pixel by pixel. The fight is fake; what they teach is not.

I came to try one class out of curiosity. That was 8 months ago. I was never a gym person; now I train three times a week.
Ana fixes my guard class after class. In two months I got a jab nobody taught me in two years elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need any experience?+
None. Almost everyone here started without ever having hit a bag. The first class is pure technique.
What do I need to bring?+
Sports kit, water and the will to train. Gloves and wraps are yours to bring: any sports shop has them, and if you are not sure which ones to buy, ask your coach before you spend anything.
Is there contact in the first class?+
Contact is your call, in the first class and in every class after it. You can train the whole discipline without ever hitting a person: technique, bag and pads. Whoever wants contact does it with protective gear, and when the coach sees they are ready.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes. While the pause lasts you pay a monthly maintenance fee instead of your fee, and its amount is in the pricing section. You keep your number and your price, and you come back whenever you want.
